I called and they were very professional. Lisa helped me figure out what I could do while I waited for my AC unit to be serviced and it helped a lot. She then called and sent me a text that they could schedule me for an earlier day than originally available. When Josh came, he was very kind and knew exactly what to do. He also answered all our questions. Our AC unit is up and running. If ever we need the AC serviced, we will definitely use them again!
The service by all the three men was excellent they were professional on time and thorough. I especially like the way the last workmen to leave the house (Trey Brown) went to the house to ensure no debris or trash had been left. I see why my father’s been using you all for at least the last 30 years thank you. Thank you all for such GREAT SERVICE!
