I called and they were very professional. Lisa helped me figure out what I could do while I waited for my AC unit to be serviced and it helped a lot. She then called and sent me a text that they could schedule me for an earlier day than originally available. When Josh came, he was very kind and knew exactly what to do. He also answered all our questions. Our AC unit is up and running. If ever we need the AC serviced, we will definitely use them again!
Dick’s Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC just left our house after servicing our furnace and heat pump. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a maintenance person.
