Dick’s really came through for us! Patrick came out on very short notice to diagnose our dead a/c – his experience and knowledge cannot be beat. Linda and Tommy scrambled to find us a special part STAT so that we could be up and running as soon as possible. They are the best!
I called and they were very professional. Lisa helped me figure out what I could do while I waited for my AC unit to be serviced and it helped a lot. She then called and sent me a text that they could schedule me for an earlier day than originally available. When Josh came, he was very kind and knew exactly what to do. He also answered all our questions. Our AC unit is up and running. If ever we need the AC serviced, we will definitely use them again!
