The service by all the three men was excellent they were professional on time and thorough. I especially like the way the last workmen to leave the house (Trey Brown) went to the house to ensure no debris or trash had been left. Dick’s Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC just left our house after servicing our furnace and heat pump. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a maintenance person. They were polite, friendly and very professional. They explained everything extremely clearly. Would highly highly recommend them.
I called and they were very professional. Lisa helped me figure out what I could do while I waited for my AC unit to be serviced and it helped a lot. She then called and sent me a text that they could schedule me for an earlier day than originally available. When Josh came, he was very kind and knew exactly what to do. He also answered all our questions. Our AC unit is up and running. If ever we need the AC serviced, we will definitely use them again!
Thank you for your service in piping in the natural gas for the new free standing natural gas fireplace. Your crew did an outstanding job from estimating to the final installation. The inspector was here today for the final inspection and all went well.

Dick’s really came through for us! Patrick came out on very short notice to diagnose our dead a/c – his experience and knowledge cannot be beat. Linda and Tommy scrambled to find us a special part STAT so that we could be up and running as soon as possible. They are the best!
